New Faces, Same Ironclad Service
We're excited to share some updates to our Washington sales team — including a new face and a full territory realignment designed to get every customer faster, more dedicated coverage from Ironclad.
Meet Andrew Briggs:
Andrew joined Ironclad last month, bringing 15 years of experience in the heavy equipment and wear parts industry. He's now covering Southwest Washington — including Grays Harbor, Pacific, Mason, Thurston, Lewis, and Pierce counties, plus South King and Kitsap counties — and is ready to help you source the GET, wear parts, rubber tracks, and sweeper brooms you need to keep your equipment, and your jobs, moving.
You'll also continue working with two familiar faces in newly expanded territories. Corey, a 2-year Ironclad team member, now covers the North Sound and Northeast Washington — including Snohomish County, up through Whatcom and Skagit, down through the San Juans and Olympic Peninsula, and out to Spokane, Stevens, Ferry, and Pend Oreille counties. Neil, a 6-year Ironclad veteran, now covers the largest territory — Island County and northern King County, plus Central and Southeast Washington.
Nothing about your account, pricing, or open orders changes because of this realignment — this is simply about making sure every customer has a knowledgeable Ironclad rep close by and easy to reach. Same products, same service, same commitment — just better coverage. And you'll still see Russ out on the road alongside all three reps, staying involved in building and growing those relationships directly.
Take a look at the map below to find your county and meet your rep, along with their direct phone and email so you can reach out anytime.
Welcome to the team, Andrew — and thank you, Corey and Neil, for continuing to take great care of our customers.
